Newsmax was forced to issue a massive apology and correction about their reporting for the past month and half in order to avoid a lawsuit from voting machine companies. The network admitted that most of what they had said about the companies in question was a lie, and this led to conservatives flipping out and claiming that the network was now a part of the "system." Yesterday Newsmax, one of Donald Trump's new favored networks was forced to issue an on-air correction slash apology slash admission that they had lied about both smart MADEC voting software and dominion voting machines. And of course they had to admit that they'd been telling these lies pretty much every day since the election. Now we're going to show the clip of a reporter, John tobacco, sorry. It sounds like the most fake name ever. Uh, anyway, John tobacco, uh, talking about the, uh, uh, issuing the apology, but first why? Right. Why, why is Newsmax suddenly out there saying, okay, we've been lying about all this fraud. We lied about what happened. We lied, lied, lied, lied, lied. Here's the truth. Why are they doing it now? Because both Smartmatic and dominion are about this close to filing slander lawsuits against Newsmax one America news network, Sidney Powell, possibly Rudy Giuliani, and possibly even the president of the United States for spreading these baseless conspiracy theories about their companies that is leading to them, not getting contracts. That is absolutely a slander and they can 100% Sue for this and they would win. Like they would win very quickly in these cases. So Newsmax to cover their own behinds had to issue this statement here

Since election day, uh, various guests, attorneys and elected officials have appeared on Newsmax and offered opinions and claims about Smartmatic and dominion systems. Both companies that offer voting software in the U S and Newsmax would like to clarify its news coverage and note that it has not reported as true certain claims made about these companies. There are several facts. Our viewers and readers should be aware of. Newsmax has found no evidence that either dominion or Smartmatic owns the other, or has any business association with each other. We have no evidence that dominion uses Smartmatic software or vice versa. No evidence has been offered that dominion was Smartmatic used software or reprogrammed software that manipulated votes in the 2020 election Smartmatic has stated that its software was only used in the 2020 election in Los Angeles was not used in any battleground state contested by the Trump campaign. Newsmax has no evidence to the contrary. Dominion has stated the company has no ownership relationship with the Polozi family, the Feinstein family, the Clinton family, Hugo Chavez, or the government of Venezuela, neither dominion nor Smartmatic has any relationship with George Soros smart MADEC is a us company and not owned by the Venezuelan government, Hugo Chavez or any foreign official or entity.

I love the fact that he actually has to address each and every lie that they told. Okay. So, you know, Hugo Chavez, it turns out was not involved in any of this most likely because the man died before any of these companies existed. Um, yeah. Okay. George Soros, totally not involved in this there's there's no connection to Pelosi or Schumer and you know, big foot was also not actually seen stealing votes.

During a Fox News appearance on Monday evening, Rudy Giuliani overstated his own case for voter fraud, then admitted that he's not being honest about what really happened. Giuliani claimed on Lou Dobbs' program that there were more votes than voters in Detroit, and then immediately said that he was exaggerating. That's not how this works, Rudy, as Farron Cousins explains.

Donald Trump's lead attorney. And I do have to put a little air quotes around the word attorney here, uh, appeared on Lou Dobbs Fox news program on Monday evening to lie to the American public about how bad the voter fraud problem really was in the state of Michigan. And he admitted that he was lying about it, Dobbs audience. In fact, here's what Rudy Giuliani had to say. And again, this is about Michigan only Detroit specifically, you know, predominantly African-American city filled with voter fraud. Apparently according to Rudy Giuliani, he said the city of Detroit probably had more voters than it had citizens. I'm exaggerating a bit, but all you have to do is look at statistical data and you can see that the fraud was rampant and out of control. A hundred thousand ballots were brought in at four 30 in the morning in Detroit, in trucks that look like garbage truck in garbage pails.

Actually, all those ballots were counted for Biden with no Republican inspectors round there they're busing and ballots and garbage cans on garbage trucks. Rudy ETH. I think you may have actually just seen the, the regular trash collectors come by. I, I, I don't know what you're talking about. There's literally no evidence of any of this happening, but here's the thing Rudy's claim that, Oh my God, there's more, more votes than voters. I've kidding was I've exaggerated was just totally lying through my teeth to you. So you're admitting right there that you're exaggerating. You claim that the statistical data backs up what you're saying yet. You don't provide it. Now the city of Detroit on the other hand has, and you know what? They found voters, a voter turnout increased. So, so that's why you're seeing more, more ballots, but, but they didn't count the ballots for dead people.

They've made sure of that. And they've announced that, and they also didn't have more voters than they had residents. Voter fraud didn't exist this year. This election was not rigged. Rudy Giuliani is a hack and a fraud and he should, you'd be charged for filing these knowingly fictitious lawsuits. That's the point we're at right now. That's what happens. And by the way, that can happen. It is illegal in most States here in the United States to file a knowingly frivolous lawsuit based on fraud yet, that is what Rudy Giuliani has been doing since day one with these election lawsuits. And then he goes on to Lou Dobbs program and says, Hey, we we've got all this massive fraud. I mean, I'm exaggerating obviously here. No, when you're trying to make a legal case, even though you weren't in front of a judge, you weren't in a courtroom when you said this, but you're still trying to make your case to the American public.

And if you're going to go on TV and lie about what's happening, every judge you walk in front of is going to assume your lying or exaggerating your case. That's what happens, Rudy. If you'd been practicing law for the last 27 years, maybe you'd know that I know the media has changed a lot since then held last time you were actually in a courtroom before doing these election trials, uh, back then Fox news didn't even exist. They do now. And what you say on TV, trust me, they'll bring that up in court. I'm actually barred from talking about the opioid lawsuits, uh, because of that. So trust me. Yeah, I know. And I hope the same thing happens to you because if you're willing to lie on TV, when you have nothing really to gain from it, pretty sure you're willing to lie in court as well. But even if you're not, these lawsuits themselves are lies and you should be disbarred for your actions.
